What a glorious day in New York City. The sun is shining and the fashion fiends are out in full force. Bryant Park was hopping with glam girls and boys clamoring to see spring’s latest fashions. My day started at Carolina Herrera with Miss Constance. Had a fab 2nd row perch so I could see the luxe collection up close–gorgeous, and a little boho-ish, a departure for the extremely ladylike Herrera. Rachel Zoe was sitting about 4 seats from me snapping photos and when I saw some of the gowns come down the runway I could hear her saying “I DIE” in her head. Next I went to Tracy Reese where I sat front row next to the amazing Thelma Golden and Bethann Hardison, two industry movers and shakers. Kim Kardashian was in the house (tried to take a pic, see below) and the scrum of photogs were going WILD…”Kim over your shoulder, Kim turn left, Kim, Kim, Kim!”. Amazing to see in the flesh. Also at Tracy’s lovely presentation were stars like Ciara, Keri Hilson, Gabrielle Union, Miss J, and Kelly Rowland. Fierce city. Heading to Sophie Theallet later. Excited!
